Special Olympics Onslow County is a subprogram of Special Olympics North Carolina and is authorized and accredited by Special Olympics North Carolina, which is accredited by Special Olympics International. Created by the Joseph P. Kennedy Jr. Foundation for the Benefit of Persons with Intellectual Disabilities and similar development disabilities.
